Gail is currently playing series regular, Dr Gillian Gibson, in River City (BBC Scotland).

Gail has worked with numerous theatre companies such as Dundee Rep, National Theatre of Scotland, Royal Lyceum (Edinburgh), Traverse, Grid Iron, Birds of Paradise, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Perth Theatre, Nottingham Playhouse, Belgrade Theatre and has also toured internationally with many productions.

She recently played Patsy Cline in Morag Fullarton's production of A Bottle Of Wine & Patsy Cline and is renowned for her portrayal of Dolly Parton in Doris, Dolly & The Dressing Room Divas!
